Do you ship to countries other than South Africa? +

Yes. While our main lane is China to SA, we provide global freight forwarding to USA, UK, EU, West Africa, Middle East, and other international destinations. WhatsApp us your destination for a quote.

What’s the real cost to ship a container internationally? +

As of April 2026: 20ft FCL China-Durban is ~$1,800-$2,400. Rates to other countries vary. LCL starts at $90/CBM. Final cost depends on duties + local charges. WhatsApp us your packing list for an exact quote in 10 minutes.

Why is having a China office better than a local forwarder? +

Problems happen in China — wrong goods, factory delays, fake suppliers. Our China team inspects cargo before it ships and speaks Mandarin to factories. Local-only forwarders can’t fix issues at source. You get control from both ends globally.

How do you handle customs delays internationally? +

Our Durban office is 10 minutes from the port and we work with licensed partners worldwide. We’re licensed with SARS and pre-clear 90% of shipments before the vessel arrives. If customs stops your container, we’re on-site daily to resolve it.

I’m new to importing. Can you help with suppliers globally? +

Yes. Princess in our China office offers supplier verification and factory audits for international trade. We’ll check business licenses, visit the factory, and send you photos/videos before you pay a deposit. This is how we protect first-time importers worldwide.
